One of the most popular musicals produced by the Terazije Theatre, based on the timeless songs of Momčilo Bajagić Bajaga, will be performed at the Sava Centre on 12 September 2026, as part of the 33rd Belgrade Summer Festival – BELEF.

About the Production
Through 30 of the greatest hits by one of Serbia’s most important musicians, the production takes audiences back to the atmosphere of the early 1980s, while its true protagonist is Belgrade itself.
Playwright Stevan Koprivica describes the production as “an urban fairy tale set within the Terazije triangle,” uniquely combining theatre, music and emotion.
A Unique Stage Experience
One of the production’s greatest strengths is that its actors, choir, ballet company and orchestra remain together on stage throughout the performance, creating a unique theatrical and musical experience.
The 1980s-inspired costumes pay tribute to Madonna and David Bowie and were designed by costume designer Tatjana Radišić.
